There is nothing controversial to be voted on.

2. To ratify the selection of Deloitte & Touche LLP as our independent registered public accounting firm for our fiscal year ending December 31

My expectations will be a great earnings report as well, but in this day and age, that really doesn't guarantee a stock price increase (especially with all the shorters). The Amazon/Best Buy deal will only help Roku.
