They are not $500k delinquent. You didnt read everything I wrote. When they refile they will do it according to par value most likely (or some other low evaluation) and only owe a couple thousand dollars. COMPANY'S GO THROUGH THIS ALL THE TIME! They refile at low values so they pay less taxes.
