So what's up with the seafood center? $8M deposit/investment with 2 out of 4 phases completed. Seems to be growing fast.

Could this become TRW's trading division? Which means SIAF would sell it to TRW. And then the TRW private loans can finance it. Which means SIAF would get the collateral shares back.
