BIOMASS Secure Power, originally known as Virtaul Media Holdings, was a "spin-off " of FASC. A stock swap of 1:10 was given to each FASC stockholder of record for permission to to spin off the company from FASC. It was supposed to compete with with Netflex ,and the founder of FASC,did not have time to pursue the venture. The company was sold to Jim Carroll,of Abbotsford ,British Columbia Canada.He eventually evolved the company into Biomass Secure Power If you read everything on the BMSPF website in Investors Hub,you'll realize that this company is now viable,and will succeed.I'm only taking this time to tip off an Air Force Acadamy graduate,as I have two sons who are West Poin graduates.
