I agree, well put. It's great news!!! It goes to show that pending patents for cannabis based drugs are in fact being granted, and that the patent process is a process. That's a hard concept for some to grasp.

No not really. The two are completely different but you knew that. Our patent covers a combination of CBD and THC in a topical cream solution without any steroids. This is good news though because it shows that patents are being awarded for cannabis based drugs. Our multiple myeloma patent application is a case in point. It's also a combination patent... our proprietary cannabis solution for MM along with a conventional chemotherapeutic agent. Can't wait for our approval!
