ECOS Clearly is unable to properly manage this company regardless of the hopes and dreams you all have here. There will be no reverse merger and I can say for sure that Lakeshore will work something out directly with the Korean Manufacturer OR take management up into Lakeshore and shut ECOS down as an entity.
