We should get one of these started and sent in to IR (Peter) before the CC....
I'd like to know if S plans to take millions of shares in compensation for the past couple years since he has changed his compensation plan to gain from a declining share price..... I doubt he will take a bunch of shares in compensation but if the guy take millions of shares, which he possibly could do since it is in his contract, this company is dead since it has "China hustle" written all over it then....
