They are not $500k delinquent. You didnt read everything I wrote. When they refile they will do it according to par value most likely (or some other low evaluation) and only owe a couple thousand dollars. COMPANY'S GO THROUGH THIS ALL THE TIME! They refile at low values so they pay less taxes. Youre reading into something that is really no big deal and easily solved.

I think you are missing the big picture but thats JMO
