Without researching? I have done more research than I care to go over. Most of the folks here know just how much DD my partners and I did on this company and it was extensive (cost a lot to). I never said I know everything but I have been around a long time. I have invested in many start-ups and am invested in many companies. This DE thing is a very well known issue. I have seen this more times than I can put a number on. I do know quite a bit about UATG having being around for 5 years and having had the bad experience with previous management. Those fellas cost me and my partners a lot of money and the only one that was willing to help make it right was this CEO so he does have my patience (it also helps that he has made changes and improvements).

I have tried to share as much as I could about the company and my experiences with the folks at the company. Hopefully it has helped.

I get your point and I admit I could be wrong about where the company is headed. I just give it my thought based on experience. Thats all
