The company was not dormant for a year,the events that are unfolding now were being planned.Kevin Harrington and Gerry David left when the big hurricane went through Clearwater Beach where they both live,damaging Gerry's house.The change in CEO was good in that Michael told me he was going to communicate more with the shareholders and break down the wall of silence(David's policy).
