So both claims are incorrect? I understand that a Form 10 is an initial registration statement, but this company never filed a Form 10 to begin with, so it can hardly amend it.

FYI, I do believe they can file an S-1 if they choose. It was humorous to see how many tries it took Sullivan before that S-1 was put into effect.

Btw, it’s still a procedure, it’s an official way of doing things. Sullivan/Pojunis can’t just “take it back”. That’s not how the SEC works.
