Just hijacking your post! I have been to the TFVR Scottsdale office, FWIW.

It is in a office building set-up on Redfield Rd, single stories, corner location, red brick, with the Scottsdale airport about 1/4 mile away. Last time I went the TFVR logo was on the windows and door. It was a Sunday, so through the windows, I saw 5 side offices, a reception area, and a large, open area with desks and computers all over. Maybe 2000 sq feet overall, from what I could see.

Decent set up in a decent neighborhood for TFVR in Scottsdale, AZ.
