I believe that the bitcoins will be held in the mining company per pr...
could be mistaken but that info is coming soon anyways when the mining corp spinoff completes..

I am under the impression that would be by the 28th of this month that the mining corp would be trading give or take a few days,as long as regulatory approval was commissioned...
try going over some of the past pr's as the info is there as well as under the investors section on Globals website under SEDAR filings..
news should flow here soon enough...
