Yes, the company filed a Form 15 over 2 years ago and went completely dark - no one Knows the whereabouts of the $365,000 raised in the offering nor of the assets, and the CEO isn’t talking. OTCM still has the company as Dark or Defunct, with a Stop Sign / No Information. Their profile declares them to be “cannabis venture company” now but the new CEO, Brett Pojunis, hasn’t uttered a word nor has he submitted any updates.
