I have identified an issue that has grown in significance and severity that Ed DID NOT create. He didn't hire the jerk, kowtow to the jerk, and he has clearly stated the jerk was attempting to extort money from the company.

You can put whatever you want on Ed. I believe you wouldn't be doing so if Ed didn't have to divert massive amounts of money to legal fees.

Can’t just blame Ken or others, Most of it on Ed.
