cotf - I use Scwab StreetSmartPro. I can trade 999,999 shares (max allowed in the field)for 12.95, 9.95 after 10 or 12 trades or something, no big consequence. Plenty of tools that I haven't figured out but they have good phone technical support. $25K in a margin account to daytrade and flip. The only problem is the L2 feed on pinks. I have L2 on OTCBB micros but not pinks. SSPro is free with my account so I could ante up for ProChartsScans for L2 pinks.
