I don't think they will replace him as me thinks the process is far along and he had to have good back up. He was only working tobacco as far as I know, and there was an FDA team there already. He just came from the tobacco side while the existing folks came from the drug arena. He knew the gamed and sat on FDA panels is where his expertise came from. And he was from the tobacco industry which gave Henry et al incites as to how the game is played.
