Canada and states here in the U.S.A which is going to or have already legalize recreational/medical marijuana will have to set Market guideline for company and growers. As of now, the only profitable commercial marijuana type company are growers and sellers which is regulated by the states. State in the U.S.A may legalize recreational/medical marijuana, but without marijuana being remove from a scheduled 1 drug in the Federal level, any company who isn't doing business with the state will have a hard time setting shop.
USMJ talking about being the marijuana grower of "Sun Maid Raisin", first of all USMJ dont even have market workforce to market their marijuana because they are not the only growers and will have to go up against other competitor that's already in the market.
USMJ talking about being the Mcdonald's of marijuana, but USMJ is not a "franchise" like McDonald. Each McDonald is own by an individual who sell McDonald product. Each one of us here with money can open a store and sell Mcdondald's. Thats how McDonald business works under a franchise and thats why they can be all over the country.
For USMJ, they dont even have a shop anywhere, no focus and just floats here and there where the money flow hoping to get a piece of the gold. for USMJ to even go anywhere, they will have to settle down and come up with a business model and work from there with a focus and stop with all these fake PR News and start showing results, but reading the latest news of an "unsolicited acquisition proposal" feels like USMJ is at the end of its rope and its either sell or go bye bye and what ever thats left is left to PURA to take care of. Dont forget that ACI already "acquired" USMJ, run by Steve Rash and yet USMJ is putting itself up for bid to be acquire by another company so what will become of ACI; now run by Steve Rash thats already acquire USMJ? We will have to wait and see after all these ends.
