Received E-mail from CEO. Put me a bit at ease. He stated that they cannot release any news at this moment due to Sec regulations. From what I gathered, as soon as Sec process Reg A amendment, they can release some some PR. He didn't say it, but sounded implied.

I asked if they have any idea when they think sec is going to process, but haven't gotten a response yet.
