Ok I think I figured it out ... and it is described incorrect by them IMO ... it looks to be a Reverse/Forward Stock Split ... so first they do a reverse split of 50:1 then a forward split of 1:300 and that should give the 3 B.

Guess they plan on doing the reverse then come in and buy up as many shares as they can before doing a forward which will give them more in their hands. Smart move if fast enough. With that said ... I am still on sidelines and might wait for the first split myself. GLTYA ... this will get interesting either way for any longs.
