Correct, It is managed by Makai Ocean Engineering now (OCEES Intl. (our predecessor co.) helped design and build while they were headquartered in Hawaii. as i understand it, their engineers are good friends with our engineers), who are our pipe engineers, designed them for the Baha mar plant, and are working with our future projects as well.

You absolutely have my respect, despite our back and forth... nothing wrong with agreeing to disagree.
