Trops, thanks for the post. I know of the questions of AS and OS, and be assured I am watching both, as anyone who plays pennies knows to do.

I know I am going against some of my rules, but in this single case, (which I feel is unique) I believe the potential of this company strongly outweighs the flags.

However, I would never tell anyone to go against their comfort level. Ever. There are many plays out there, and I will never say that any one play is unique or a life changer.

Nevertheless, I think anyone who has fully researched this company knows that it is worth more than .017c per share. Many here, rightly or wrongly, believe the potential PPS to be far higher. You can find all the potential projections of PPS here on this board. Personally, I feel all is speculation until the actual revenues are known and posted. Nevertheless, in the short run, I see no reason GBDX cannot return to .05-.07c with news of strong revenues and profit.

But again, at the moment, I hesitate to say anything, because any penny player would be correct in regarding the share structure with suspicion. All I can say is that the OS is largely restricted, and I happen to believe they are being set aside for strategic acquisitions. But as I cannot point to any DD to support this assumption, I will not argue with anyone at this moment in time. Many facts will soon make themselves known, and many questions will be clarified in coming weeks, when the store is opened and PRs are issued.

But again, each must make the decision they feel most comfortable with, as investing choices are very personal.

This is my humble and possibly erroneous opinion, and not a recommendation to buy or sell this security. Obviously, tho, I am long and strong.
