I understand why you disagree but they're clearly was not any significant reaction when the announcement was originally made. That was due to the fact that many people still have questions about how they're going to afford to get the project done even though they won the RFP 's. There still a question today. That's what the shorts are focusing on and making claims there's a problem with getting it done. When NRG is actually a done deal that will have a positive effect as well Li PA
