Competence will have any effect at all.


The Incompetence of Pershing B.o.D. and Management is (speaking in a
Cancer analogy) an INOPERABLE MALIGNANCY !


The Pershing Malignancy must be EXCISED COMPLETELY, meaning 100%
removal of ALL EXISTING MANAGERS and the Board of Directors.


Anything less and the cancer of Inept Inaction, Incompetence and Ineffectual
totality of Management and Direction will continue to render Pershing Use-Less.
