Scott couldn't take the deal to shareholders because Otto/Dan rejected the deal.
Otto, before he was a director (he was tipped off by Dan) even screamed at one of the Lithium reps on the phone denouncing the deal so the Lithium group withdrew till Nio Star could get their house in order.
Some other people prefer the RP Potts deal where $250k gets spent on lawyers and a secret, abortive drilling program (SE Zone September 2017) that yielded no geological info where RP Potts get 51% of the Nemegosenda property.
I personally prefer the Lithium deal.
In my opinion.
