but do note holders always play nice? keep in mind, the lowest price over the last 25 days could be carved out on the chart between now and april 30th, with further shorting, or if another note holder has any shares left, they could bomb bids out with that, and create a new low.

that said...

conversion is easily prevented if the company just pays it off. they could announce "all notes paid" at any time.
