there's a $107K note due to convert on april 30, a week from tomorrow. i doubt the company will let that happen. they've got most of $900K in new funding available to pay off the $107K, and if restructuring involves more funding beyond that new $900K, it's even more likely the april 30 conversion can be avoided. that's the bullish scenario.

the potential bearish scenario is they do let it convert, which will lead to more cheapies, and an opportunity for incredible leverage at the bottom of the chart, for those who were patiently waiting.

if we see lower prices, i was saying that would be an opportunity for the company to announce a buyback, which is also nice fuel for a run off a V bottom.
