They need an announcement before the RFP in Connecticut are announced of how and when they're building the 3 Long Island LIPA RFP awards. That should be connected to the Hercules refi with $13 million added cash and $9 plus million from the NRG sale. They wanted to close NRG before April 30 but cutting close. Either way it will get done and the cash will be there. Just may not be able to be reported for 2nd quarter Revenue. When they announce 39.8 MW deal is set for construction in Long Island, that's a 50% minimum jump!! $$$
