NO UPDATE BY MONDAY I TAKE ACTION TUESDAY!

I Sent Ballas a 2 page CERTIFIED LETTER informing him that I know pretty much exactly what he is doing and how ILLEGAL it is. I also sent him a copy of the last case that I was involved with the SEC, Finra and the DOJ.

It was a copy of the Civil action in which we won the case that I initiated and Then I sent him a Copy of the Check from the DOJ for over 14K for ALL the losses that I had Incurred.

He never got back to me so I guess he and the others did not take me serious but I don't make false threats, I thought the letter and check might be a wake up call but he doesn't seem to care...Yet.

I will be taking all legal steps to prevent Ballas from destroying this company and taking our money with it.

Hopefully he will do the right thing tomorrow...Tuesday I go to work!!!

As I said to him I doubt very much that I will have trouble going 2 for 2!
