I spoke to the actual David Ambrose at the phone number that is listed on OTC Market. That number is to his company TG United. I was very sure it was him because I had to type the first 3 letters of his name into the automated system and when I did, it actually said David Ambrose and connected me.

According to this PR he merged TG United into NHPI back in 2008. I haven’t figured out if or why TG United is not affiliated with NHPI anymore.

I simply posted news when I saw it Then I saw people saying fake news so I verified it myself. I did not post that Ambrose confirmed to me it was fake at that time. The stock had already stalled and it was obviously going to tank regardless. I wasn’t going to be the one to bring the bad news as it was already starting to falter.

However when the second fake pr came out and then I saw posts that said Ambrose said the PRs were real when he had just told me they were fake. I felt I had to speak up. These people putting out fake PRs need to be stopped.
