Purportedly August 30, 2017, Defendant Kenneth Vandevrede forwarded an email from his GRO-RITE email account to his Terra Tech account(either stupidly or unawares) He also allegedly forwarded it Michael, Steve and Daniel ,“check out. We could do something with these guys.” Supposedly the email contained pictures of the Cultivar Facility in Salinas, CA.
However(allegedly), Terra Tech had been in negotiations already with
Cultivar/CannaCraft since April 2017.
