All APPS use a server. Are they using a Buzz Lighyear Walkie-talkie? LMAO They cant connect to the internet without accessing a server. I hope that really isnt one of Brads selling points.

I dont know of any encryption software that requires its own dedicated server. Most all companies have this for internet connections when away from work on travel.

No apps currently on the market (paid or free) are post quantum ratcheting encrypted and do not use a server....
