Considering Stephen Simes was CEO @ Unimed in early stage of Libigel , Unimed being a R&D , after selling to Solvay , Mr Simes went over to Bpax where he lead the way in developing yes Libigel

Solvay was a manufacture ( ANI ) who then sold to yes Abbott before Androgel received approval ,

I'd image their is a possibility ANI will sell to ?? Maybe all things being consistent with past history both Unimed and Solvay SH s got the shaft ! IMO The here History and the players are the same. The silence from ANI could be a NDA , it's possible , but to suggest there's one is extremely speculative , I don't recall Libigel ever being mentioned since ANI Acquired Bpax , it's a stretch to think one day they will announce a deal been in works , at very least I'd think the BOD would be negligent to not have inform SH s at some point in last several years , it's poss but again considering history I am cautiously optimistic, JMHO
