Just got back a little while ago from show.A few things different than last year.The spot they were in this year had a lot more traffic.Last year they had a booth with a couch and chair with TV set on wall and this year they were located in an open area of a corner aisle with traffic able to view from 3 directions. They had the TV and table against the wall.Adam and another sales rep[forgot his name]were demoing the remote.While I was there they were constantly busy showing how easily the remote worked.A lot of noise from surrounding displays and events going on at the same time.Kinda like being in an arcade somewhere with sounds of music and video games going on all around you,but the remote worked extremely well.Adam said he just finished an interview with PC Magazine and that there has been a lot of interest in the remote.I asked when it would be released to the public and he said for the holiday season.He also said it was in manufacturing now.He did not give a specific date.The leaflets they were handing out with the remote on them also say "Available for the Holidays 2006".I went over to the digital home and talked to Ted Singh of Embedded Automation and asked about the voice recognition and how it worked He said it worked very well and that One Voice is one of our partners.He had the remote on the desk in front of his display.That is about all I remember right now.GLTA.
