It's a new increase since the Ides of March. I sent in a share structure request to the TA Friday afternoon to confirm that they are restricted, which should be a control block to be handed to the new owners. I haven't heard back yet.

From the 3/15/18 Annual Report:

Total shares outstanding: 158,602,838 as of December 31, 2017

When listing himself as a Beneficial Owner, his 100m shares represented 63% of the class:

As an aside, I was just checking out MD*X filings. Joe issued the control block 3/8/17 and replaced himself as Officer 3/24. Going by previous history we may be quite close to our merger, folks.
