From the timeline, I assume TRTC received a letter from the Vandevrede's regarding the lease.(Most likely said terms of the lease have been broken, bye!)

Derek(seemingly) having been building a case file on the Vandeverde's and Beverly Willekes, responded with the lawsuit.

IMO This stuff looks like LAYUP stuff to prove if true. Should be a short case.

Suit alleges Beverly Willekes, Ken, Michael, Steve, Dan and David have an interest in GRO-RITE, INC. NATURALLY BEAUTIFUL PLANT PRODUCTS,LLC. All of which are alleged to have breached the contract terms as laid out at the end of my last post. ( case # is 8:18-cv-00602 on pacer)

Looks like Beverly Willekes, Ken, Michael, Steve, Dan and David Vandevrede are going to have to find a house to rent in CA.
