The 75m number is wrong that was the initial assumption. The factor increase is due to the increase in shares which, due to interest, should keep increasing both. There are also additional convertible notes since the 1.45 quote from Tracey. It's just antidilution.

Say 75m shares + 13.125 warrants equals

108.75 shares + 19 warrants
