Until Canoe Pool China mergers with someone else or gets a brand new shiny ticker symbol on their own, we can only conclude that this deal hasn't died. Even though they have passed contracted deal deadlines or the fact there's no news or update or any number of flags you can think of or imagine, it is still possible until Canoe Pool China is done and gone. Follow the movements of Canoe Pool China. Forget the movements of Santo Minings' management team. They are obviously done with this. Not so sure that Canoe Pool China is though. Not just yet. Especially since those two directors from Canoe Pool China signed on.
