I do believe this person because he has met all PSTI dosage requirements stated in a 2016 FDA article. FDA did have a good point, what Cat is he in and that could explain some things. The guy said he was disappointed that it did not work on him yet. He said it was his Health he was so concerned about and that is what made me look at it in a different way. He could be Placebo, who knows, he is not talking negative about the Drug or Company at all.
