The usury “card” absolutely works... the court will never enforce a contract that promotes illegal conduct, or on its face is illegal... you can’t just contract illegal conduct, but because it’s signed it’s therefore enforceable lmao... did LG make CRIMINAL amounts of interest (over 25% in New York), well golly gee the answer is YES... furthermore, LG already made EIGHT TIMES !!!!!! the original loan amount... if that doesn’t scream scam then I don’t know what does... especially when you include the fact that Rico was getting KICKBACKS !!! for scamming JF into the deal when Rico was supposed to be a fiduciary for Viva... so let’s stick to the FACTS
