TO ALL: This company is NOT an SEC Registrant, they do not “file”. On April 15, 2016, the CEO filed a FORM 15 to terminate their registration, it has been dark ever since - nothing filed to the SEC, nothing submitted to OTCM. In addition, there’s been no accounting for approximately $365k from their offering, and the assets showed up on another stock. Shameful really how pitiful the penny stock world has become.

In order to begin filing again, they must follow a PROCEDURE to regain their registration. They cannot ignore the Form 15 and simply begin filing again without OFFICIALLY following procedure.
