IMO, a partnership is coming, not a BO.

Fbg - Some thoughts on your position that both of the following things are true: 1) 5 execs are no longer with ADXS, and 2) a buyout is coming.

IMO, both of the above can't be true. Why? Because if a buyout were coming, only a very small number of ADXS employees would know about it; most likely just Lombardo, Petit and Bonesteel. IMO, there's no way ADXS would layoff 5 members of the senior management team right before a buyout was announced... the changes would be announced at the same time.

IMO, most likely scenario is that those 5 execs are still with Advaxis, but Lombardo pulled them off the website because a partnership will be announced soon(AXAL) and probably with an equity component, that may have some management staff from the partnering firm coming into ADXS, which could cause some management changes.

Still a bullish scenario, IMO.
