Is 150,000 MT in five years realistic?

Yes, because they will not construct one building at a time. It's too expensive. My guess is, they will start constructing 6 of them 18 months from now. And another 12 starting 3 years from now.

What they are doing now is improving TRW's cash flow. So they are able to self-finance part of it.

Well, we will probably see some delays. So we should be selling 150,000 MT 7 years from now. It's still super fast growth.

How much revenue gain and net profit gain will we get from 1000 mt?

That's easy. You can use $10/kg and 30% net profit. And you can't miss.
