...this is the second time this year that I saw private equity "insider" steal away a perfectly growing company with great financials and product line...and no "class action" suits...

Was an avid investor here until it went over $84...I learned my lesson the hard way on the first one...was not about to chase it up when it popped.

...unlikely sale will be set aside...only because not enough shareholders ready to aggressively take action. No doubt its a rape of shareholders and likely Golden Parachutes for board/management who did not hold very many shares and likely were happy to retain their job.

Only happy I was not holding any options (or equity on margin) over $84...
