If I had $5,000 to spare, I'd put it right here.OCSY is likely to score a small budget defense contract. The smallest contract is in millions. I've been reading up on the Good general on the advisory board. Hes very credible. Hes not on this advisory board to make the company wealthy. Hes there to fatten his own pockets by getting them a contract, lol. Good chance of success here.

As for the petroleum security deal. Wish Ocsy luck, but nothing to strengthen hope there
