All the details of the company are not a secret. Transparency is not a problem. The most recent quarterly report (unaudited), is on their website under investor relations. They openly show there financials, along with issues and what's being done to address them including legalities. There's alot on their plate so to speak. I see it as a very volatile situation, which can go bad quickly, realistically. With that being said I still believe there's a commitment to work at righting this ship and time will tell. Obviously as already stated, we have no power towards change and waiting and hoping is what left.
