I've done some more research on VNDM and market makers in general. Some may already know this, but just because an mm has been associated with dilution in the past, does not mean all of the markets they are making, they are diluting... Apparently this is a common misunderstanding of market makers. Most stocks have multiple market makers, and uplisting requirements for something like the NASDAQ require at least 3 market makers to even uplist. So seeing VNDM on the ask is nothing special from my understanding. Looking at their site, they are ranked #3 in market share on OTC markets, so they've probably been on L2 before at some point. As long as they don't have endless 10k blocks up on the ask, we should be OK. :)
