Just a heads up , , , filing on time is not a big deal. I prefer that they file accurately, as the SEC frowns on incorrect filing details. The fact that they gave notice that they needed more time indicates (to me) that they are aware and in the game. Had they not given notice and not reported any filing, I would have been greatly concerned that they abandoned their responsibility to investors.
