That IPIX asked for multiple questionnaires in the P2b trial may be a result of the positive questionnaires in the phase 2a trial. Hopefully not, but if results come mediocre with only 20-30% PASI 75 but patients were much less itchy, skin smoother, and with no side effects many might give a yes nod to the question "would you want to use this drug if approved by the FDA?". I would imagine many psoriasis sufferers who enter a trial such as this have failed many other treatments. Hence a tough to treat population.
