jyyoo I think the following is interesting: "More details regarding distribution of a cash dividend in 2018 will be made available in the Company’s Q1 2018 report due in May." This is only a few weeks into the future. This would seem to suggest that this is not only empty words.

Snow, exactly. My point was that the details of the cash dividend in 2018 (timing and amount) are clearly dependent on the $100M loan being closed so if they're going to give us these details in the Q1 report in a few weeks then I think we can reasonably expect loan announcement soon. I think they've expected it any day now (for a while unfortunately) but it seems like they've at least nailed down some sort of timeline here, even without the risk of explicitly telling us one etc.

And by the way I was glad to hear it was still a $100M loan being negotiated. I had assumed the actual number had moved down to around $80M but I guess not. Good news. Like Dan said, I guess they need the whole amount for certain revenue projections to make sense etc. Don't forget Dan also promised all those wonderful reports on Tri-way projections and comparisons to competitors etc. So I will expect these to be released as well.
